Barely two months old and streetwear brand Jaywalking already has the likes of Ranveer Singh among its patrons. While the 26-year-old Jay Ajay Jajal doesn’t want to name-drop just as yet, he tells us that he has been in touch with multiple celeb stylists over the last month—the details of which the design school dropout is tight-lipped about. “Surprisingly, as soon as the brand launched we had enquiries for sourcing. However, Ranveer was the first celebrity to wear Jaywalking for the promotions of Gully Boy,” says Jay, who hopes to create a niché for Indian streetwear that is influenced by hip-hop.
